This is based on the success at Warrigal Aged Care facility and to standardise on JCT Healthcare's Healthcare Technology Solutions.

Lilliane Brady Village Nursing - Nurse Call Extension

JCT has won the extension of Lilliane Brady Village Nursing (Aged Care facility in the Cobar Shire NSW).

This was to expand the facility rooms to accommodate more residents, and also provide advanced reporting capabilities via NuCaMS

Includes:

  • Upgrading Headend with NuCaMS to allow more integrations and Advanced Reporting on statics.
  • Replacing DECT old messaging functions with NuCaMS Staff Smart Phone App to provide more detailed information of critical alerts and communication functionality between staff to improve efficiency.
  • Using the JCT True IP Nurse Call points to provide full monitoring capabilities for each individual Call points.

Frankston Hospital - Nurse Call Upgrade

Frankston Hospital has been working with Peninsula SmartCare one of JCT Healthcare's partners based in Victoria and has been contracted to upgrade the Hospitals Nurse Call System using a range of JCT Solution.

Including -

  • Display Controllers as Alternative to Annunciators to provide more detailed information for staff in corridors. for alerts for patients.
  • New Call Points using JCT's PoE 4000 the True IP system, that provides full monitoring directly for each call point and central configuration from NuCaMS.
  • Upgrade NuCaMS to latest version to provide detailed Advanced Reporting of statics of Call times, Duration, Average Call Response and more.
  • Upgrading NuCaMS to High Availability model with Automatic Server Redundancy
  • This has led to expanding their Nurse Call to network facilities in local area for Aged Care facilities owned by Peninsula Health (Rosebud Hospital), (Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre)

With the new version there has been significant features added to our Nurse Call and Assistive Care Management System.

Some are as follows :

  • Google Assistant, to help with clients with disability to raise a Staff call or for Asssitive Technology, eg Blinds, Air Cond, Front Door locks etc.
  • Location Mapping - Added ability to upload a map of the facility into section of the facility and Geo-Fence rooms or locations to align with alerts. Can help with Temp staff navigate facilities when they are unfamiliar with the premises.
  • Enhancements to Reporting - Provides multiple live graphical reporting, with customised filtering options. Also export for presentations.

Achieve Australia Disability Care - Assitive Technology for Disability Care

JCT Healthcare and partners rolled out Assitive Care technology for residents of Achive Australia at the Crowle Estate NSW.
This provided assistance for residents to raise support calls and communicate with staff, and for staff to be alerted while on the go via the NuCaMS Smartphone app and provide an acknowledgement to other staff so that staff do not double up on care. This will help Achieve Australia improve care efficiency and resident independence.

Minda’s Brighton Stage 2 development. Stage 1 was commissioned in 2014 and the

successful deployment and ongoing service JCT has provided to Minda has resulted in JCT

being nominated as a key technology provider.

This project delivers JCT professional care and assistive technologies integrated with JCT’s

These new residential homes are designed for people living with a disability and require professional care services.
