With the launch of Stage 1 of Minda’s Master Plan redevelopment at Brighton North, Jackson Care Technologies was chosen by Minda to develop and deliver a state of the art assistive technology solution to each of the houses and apartments. The aim of the assistive technology is to enhance the quality of support provided by staff and to establish a more independent living environment for the residents at the new site. Assistive technology provides Minda with the means to improve their support plans and better understand the needs and behaviour of the people they support.
