JCT has been selected to deliver their smart home assisted living technology solution into 31 new residential houses to be constructed by Renewal SA. These new residential homes are designed for people living with a disability and require professional care services. JCT’s hosted NuCaMS Cloud services and onsite assistive technologies will provide greater independence for the resident while continuing to receive high quality responsive professional care.  

Technology Features Include:

• Staff App with Smart Home Controls, including see who is at front door and 2-way conversations, control lighting, blinds, shutters, door locks, open\close powered doors, receive notifications from system and have 2-way voice conversations with resident.  

• Client App with Smart Home Controls – including see who is at front door and 2-way conversations, control lighting, blinds, shutters, door locks, open\close powered doors, raise help request and call staff for assistance, have 2-way voice conversations with staff.  

• Integrated Powered Door Openers

• Integrated Front Door Cameras, Intercoms, and Door Lock Control

• Integrated Heating and Cooling Control

• Integrated wearable pendants for Staff and Clients

NuCaMS Cloud’s powerful workflow escalation solution also allows for the request for assistance to be escalated to assigned staff, team leaders, management, and a 24x7 Call Centre.  

This solution is designed to support the flexibility in choice of care provider for the resident allowing the system to be used my multiple care providers and the service can be easily transferred between care providers.
