JCT has been selected to deliver their smart home assisted living technology solution into 4 new residential houses designed for people living with a disability who require professional care services.  Utilising JCT’s hosted NuCaMS Cloud services and onsite assistive technologies these 4 homes are being implemented following the success of the 31 Homes deployed in 2017\2018, to a total of 45 Homes delivered.

• Staff App with integrated Smart Home Controls, alerts, front door video\audio, client and staff communications.
• Client App with integrated Smart Home Controls, alerts, front door video\audio, staff assist request and communications.
• Integrated Heating and Cooling Control
• Integrated wearable pendants for Staff and Clients
• Integrated Door lock controls
• Integrated Shutter controls

Disability Services, as part of the South Australian government’s Department of Human Service provides community support and specialist services to children and adults with disability, their families and carers.
