JCT offers a range of technologies to improve the experience of residents. We offer fixed and portable Voice Call Assist Points. These allow resident to raise an assist request and the call is directed to their specific carer
logged in to JCT NuCaMS Staff App on their mobile phone. The Carer can accept the call and call the resident back directly to their location. The Carer, if busy, can escalate the call to another carer, or request additional assistance directly from within the App. If call is not accepted by the Carer the system automatically escalates until responded to, ensuring the resident receives assistance.

NuCaMS has an extensive reporting capability that is made easily accessible through a secure web interface. Staff can securely view key performance indicators in near real-time, and over historical periods.
NuCaMS software can also be used as the single platform across multiple care facilities to provide central management and reporting between many locations while still meeting individual facility needs
JCT systems are designed for ease of use, and to provide staff with timely information. Our Nurse Call Hardware uses colour coding and priority information on displays.
When utilising NuCaMS the station screen provides a summary of all call alerts utilising colour coding and priorities, as well as additional information such as location, and resident information.
The NuCaMS Staff App for smartphones allows this same information to be provided securely while empowering the staff to be mobile and move around the facility.
NuCaMS notifications system reduces alert fatigue and improves staff responsiveness by sending prioritised notifications only to assigned staff members allocated in NuCaMS, reducing overloads of alerting. Staff can securely communicate with each other via text or voice using the NuCaMS Staff App.
Staff safety is a priority with a Staff duress option built into the App or available as a Wearable Duress Pendant.
